Dr. Geller is a graduate of Colorado State College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating in 1995, he became an emergency veterinarian in Colorado for 20 years, and started up 4 emergency clinics. He became Board Certified as Veterinary Practitioner in Canine and Feline Medicine in 2010. In 2015 he founded The Street Dog Coalition, a non-profit charity, which currently has teams in around 50 US cities across the US providing free medical care to pets of the homeless.
Currently he is working on setting up a One Health Mobile Outreach program to provide free veterinary and health care services to at-risk pet owners, and their pets, in underserved areas of Eastern Colorado.
He was named Veterinarian of the Year by the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association for 2020.
